Ten gymnasts travelled to Wigan to represent the Beacon at North Zonal Grades.
Some travelled by car and some by train. A great weekend was had by everyone.
All the girls worked hard at training to prepare for Grades and it showed on the day. They all
performed brilliantly and the younger ones gained valuable experience performing in front
of a big crowd.
There were overall medals for each Grade.
Well done to Jasmin who won her Grade and to Louise C and Rachel R who came first and
second respectively in their Grade.
Everyone is now waiting to see if their score was high enough to attend Grades Finals on 20/21
June at Fenton Manor.
Thank you to Evelyne and Judy for all their hard work.

COAG November 2014
On
Saturday 8th
November 2014, Beacon Rhythmic Gymnastics Club attended the annual
City of Aberdeen Gymnastics (COAG) competition held at the Beach

There was a very good entry at all levels with several gymnasts from Manchester travelling up to compete. It was also lovely to see 2 disabled girls competing for the first time in Aberdeen.
The Beacon girls had a very successful day with many medals being won at all ages and levels. Another 1st for the competition was a groups section competing in Aberdeen.
Well
